Physics, Northwestern University Have a MS and BS from top physics programs. Had applied for CMP-Th, I was looking to change and do not have a lot of background in that field. Interview in January. I have 4 physics papers and 1 math paper (all first author) in reputable journals. Strong letters of recommendation from different advisors. The interview was a bit weird, the PI I interviewed with knew I was new to the field and asked me some rather specific questions about his own research. Guess they wanted someone who could contribute right away? I was told by email that I was on the short-waitlist and then that there will be no more offers for the Fall.

Statistics, University Of Toronto Unlike most others I've been accepted to, this one is unfunded. I'm Canadian undergrad with math major and stats minor at a Canadian uni with a 90.8% (converted to 3.92/4) average in upper level courses relating to degree. I have until the 21st to accept the offer. I received an e-mail on the 16th telling me my application has been updated, with the acceptance letter dated on the 14th.

Mathematics, San Diego State University Received unofficial acceptance on 03/28/2023, official offer to come later. Applied in November 2022. Cumulative GPA: 3.66, Math GPA: 3.3. This is a good program with good faculty and so I am really excited by their offer! They are doing exciting stuff in differential equations. 2a/1r/1p

Data Science, EPFL 3 strong LoRs, strong motivation letter, IELTS 7.5 (R: 9.0, L: 7.0, W:7.0, S:6.5), several extracurricular experiences in Data Science, and won several local competitions I was scared of not having the entry requirements (I don't have discrete math, logic set & theory, algorithms and data structures and calculus in several variables)

Computer Science, Stanford University This was a long shot for me, I wasn't expecting much but I got into CMU MSCS anyways so I'm okay with this. Profile: math & CS undergrad at no name school barely top 600 school, 2 FAANG swe internships, 1 T1 research internship, 4yrs TA. Congrats to admits :)
