First Reject, - 1 Paper, 1 paper accepted, 1.5 Yoe. They seem to review applications very quickly, at least according to online sources, which I personally believe leads to a high number of false negatives.

None of his current students has even one paper published with him during their 3-10 years of time in his lab. Some of them have graduated with only arXiv papers.
