Aerospace Engineering, Stanford University Applied for AeroAstro, GPA is UG, a master's student graduating soon, 3 international conferences (2 first-author), 2 domestic conferences (1 first-author), no journal pubs, 2-year research experience, half-year part-time work at an aerospace start-up, reached out to a PI (but no response) who had a good relationship with my current prof (my prof was a visiting assistant prof at Stanford Aero/Astro), got no invitation for an interview, a nearly-impossible program to get in I'd say unless you are really good and have external funding (like scholarships/government endorsement) don't hope too much for this program, anw, good luck to the admits..

Physics, University Of Arizona Rejected off waitlist. Astro. I have no offers. Maybe it's better to start another round. I guess that I didn't sell myself enough for the grad school committee. This is going to hurt me for the next 8 months.

Astronomy, Indiana University Bloomington Has anyone who was waitlisted from IU Astro gotten off the waitlist? I'm waiting to email them until April (on my advisor's recommendation...several undergrads from our program have gone on to IU, and one of my faculty recommenders went there and got accepted off the waitlist, so they think I have a good chance) but I haven't seen anything on here since a rejection or two a while ago.
