  • Cause we were all still holding our breath in August... For future applicants, it is very true that Cal States select their own (I know, because I’ve benefitted from this policy - 95% of my year at a different CSU attended in some capacity prior). I don’t say this as if I should’ve gotten in, cause I don’t believe that, but it’s an important thing to know for people about to spend hundreds of dollars on these apps. If you have good stats you might as well try, but if your stats are mediocre, save your money. Apply to schools that are a better fit according to ASHA EdFind. CSD GPA 4.0, undergrad 3.78 GRE 155m, 163v, 4.5 writing Shadowing, volunteering, etc.
