General Psychology, New York University (NYU) Was in the 80th percentile for verbal...36th for math. Even though my GPA is not amazing my major GPA was 3.8 and my letters of rec and personal statement were strong so I really think the horrific GRE scores did me in. Disappointed but not crushed as this was not my top choice.

Behavioral Neuroscience Psychology, University Of Houston Scrwdbyuhouston: It sounds like a lot of people who come into contact with you have dodged a major bullet by 86-ing your applications for matriculation or employment . Too bad Gradcafè can't figure out a way to do the same. Although, for the amusement factor, I guess they would keep you around just to take bets on when you'll post next.

General Experimental Psychology, Csu Northridge May 31st received a welcome packet from the University with my student id and major. Two days later received an internal form from the department to the school saying I was not admitted to the department. Called to talk to department admissions to clarify but admissions coordinator will not be in until next week. Confusing and unnecessary.
