To the poster below: So true !! You just need to look at the subject actually.. i dont even open the mail to read it and i know if the "Congratulations" word is missing, then it is a definite reject..

Does anybody actually need to read past the first few words of the rejection letter? If the first sentence doesn't begin with the something along the lines of "congratulations" or "we are happy to inform you that...", you automatically know it is a rejection. No reason to read more than that.
