11 people got accepted into the program. funding will be decided by mid march. Graduate Diversity Day is on March 18th :D

POI told me. Sad, it was my top choice and my POI was so nice and I really wanted her as my advisor :( Oh well, I have two other acceptances.

I'm a fully funded w/ stipend w/ 4.0 MA GPA in relevant field; all-around highly qualified applicant w/ stellar application (publications, etc., etc.); and volunteer and GA/TA experience. My GREs are average with a high writing score; though, Berkeley did not ask for GREs, so I didn't list my scores here. Before I cry into my grocery-store coffee, I must offer congrats to those who were accepted. You rock. Keep up the good work! ~In solidarity

[IGNORE WAITLIST STATUS] have heard from source that admit day has already happened, so safe to say if you haven't heard you're either rejected or waitlisted.

disregard the waitlist: to mention to the folks who are curious when offers are made, I was emailed on Feb 16th, 2021 that offers would be made final 3 weeks from then - which is this upcoming week. So HOPEFULLY we can expect to hear back sometime this week. I am staying hopeful.

Never heard back from UCR regarding the status of my application. Tried to call several times but call what not returned. Pretty disappointing!
