  • I had an interview with NSU towards then end of August but still have not heard from them about a decision. I think the interview went very well and seemed promising. Has anyone heard from them yet? I have heard that you usually hear back in 1-2 weeks from those who have been accepted in previous semesters. I have also reached out to NSU and was told last week that they were sending out notifications again on Friday. Has anyone had a similar experience? My hopes are getting a bit low, but I am still hoping for some good news. Congratulations to all as well!

  • Cause we were all still holding our breath in August... For future applicants, it is very true that Cal States select their own (I know, because I’ve benefitted from this policy - 95% of my year at a different CSU attended in some capacity prior). I don’t say this as if I should’ve gotten in, cause I don’t believe that, but it’s an important thing to know for people about to spend hundreds of dollars on these apps. If you have good stats you might as well try, but if your stats are mediocre, save your money. Apply to schools that are a better fit according to ASHA EdFind. CSD GPA 4.0, undergrad 3.78 GRE 155m, 163v, 4.5 writing Shadowing, volunteering, etc.
