Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Basically, each department at CMU has its own admission process and schedule. So, It looks like CSD sent out their decision. Not yet the other department. Another note is that CMU has no multiple rounds. Single decision for all. If you didn't hear any news but someone did, you are very likely to be turned down.

Economics, University Of Essex I sent all the documents by mid december and received an e mail on january 16. I received and offer for the 4 year phd programme and for 1+3 programme. Still deciding.
