Economics, Tinbergen Institute All Tinbergen PhD students must have a Tinbergen MPhil degree and receive. My offer does not include fellowship for the first year. Second year in MPhil allows for various other sources of funding in the programme. All admitted Tinbergen PhD students are hired by the TI as research assistants with an annual salary of 30,000 euros. This decision was supposedly notified 10 days ago by e-mail but somehow I did not receive such message.
