Graduate School Admission Results

To the poster below asking about scholarships. I was notified on March 17th about an awarded scholarship. Can't comment on financial aid.

2 internships, One CERN internship, LORs from CERN Physicists, No publications, Toefl-118

PhD visit day happened in early March and they will not be taking any more candidates as far as I'm aware. Very selective class this time. Most, if not all, decisions were announced from last week of Jan to first week of Feb.

Got an email to check the website. This is my only admit for the season and I am so happy. Definitely accepting.rnI had all but given up hope.

Has anyone heard from the admission department yet? I applied on December 12th and I haven't heard back since. I have all but lost hope.

To the posters below, I received an email on January 20 to view my decision letter. Maybe try emailing the admissions department and see if they're still sending out acceptance letters. Best of luck~

To the posters below, I did send them emails multiple time and the only reply I got was that admission decions are given out anytime between January and early May. The admission department isn't very good at replying to specific queries.

People dont wanna go please reject the offer. This is my last and only option! Thank you so much!

I've withdrawn my application since i have better options now, got accepted way back. Hope someone deserving gets the seat.

USC deferred admits to spring 18 for some people. Does this mean they are done with fall intake? Can anyone throw some light on this?

Applied for Fall 2017, admitted for Spring 2018 instead, so can confirm that people are receiving deferred acceptances. Happy with the result regardless and will accept.

Has anyone been rejected by the department yet? Because I don't think I've seen it being posted here.

I got a financial aid deadline email. It's funny cause I haven't heard a thing from USC. I am preparing for a rejection. Good Luck and Have fun Everyone

To the posters below. The financial aid deadline email clearly states that it has no connection to admission status. You cs try calling the department, but they will just give you a generic answer that you will get an email anytime between now and May. What deadline to notify of acceptance did you Fall and Spring admits get?

Has anyone heard back from this particular program? I applied four months ago and it's been radio silence from them.

Already accepted to another program, will not be attending. Good luck to whoever gets the spot!
