Non-EU European university, many extra-curriculars, 1 internship, 1 research experience w/o publication, employed full-time for the past year. I think the GPA and the university's reputation were the deciding factor.

I had my initial interview in January. I had a follow-up interview about a month later and was under the impression that I was going to be accepted. Evidently, that was not the case as I was rejected via email after a few weeks of waiting.
