To applicant asked about Houston and Indiana Bloomington. I also applied for both schools. I had interview with Houston last week. Interview went well and hopefully get admission from there. Yet, no news from Indiana. I also applied for Syracuse, George Washington, Riverside, Arizona, Georgia and Iowa State. For Syracuse, I am also in the shortlist for funding. If Houston give me an offer, and I have offer from any program which I listed above, I will decline Houston's offer. I was former PhD student in the US and quit my program to go to better schools. GPA is for my PhD courses.
