From LUMS, Pakistan. No word on Excellence Fellowship.

GPA 9.62/10, 3 papers on conferences, internship, work experience.

1st class predicted degree from UK university, top 5% of class, 1 internship+tutoring experience, various competitions

Upper 2nd class Bachelor in computer engineering from NUS. Gpa 4.26/5.0. 4+ years of work experience in a research lab. 1 first author paper in conference. 3 other papers in workshops. Won 2 international competitions (machine learning related). LORs by colleagues who are well known in computer vision. Didn't expect to get in due to poor grades and badly written SOP. Don't give up if you have bad grades. I was rejected many times over the past few years (for phd at other places even bough I had much better LORs then).

Great news. I'd applied for specialisation in Visual computing, which is not mentioned. Official letter will reach within 6 weeks.

B.Eng. in Electronic and Information Engineering at a top-five university in China. No paper. One Internship when applying.
