TTPB: Congrats:) Is it an official admission letter sent by the admission committee?

Does anyone know if/when Carnegie Mellon sends rejection letters? Seeing a lot of "rejected" posts here but unsure if anyone has actually received an email or if they're just assuming they got rejected.

Does anyone know if all RI PhD admissions have already been sent out? I can only find 2 posts bellow

Area: Theory. CS Track. No interview. Phone call from POI confirming acceptance and for discussing possible research. Also received a follow-up informal mail. Official mails will be sent in a couple of days. Indian undergrad.

TTPB: I got the official rejection email from Computational Biology Department. I also applied for MLD and it's safe to assume I am rejected there too but I haven't got the email yet.

TTPB who was called by the POI at CMU for Theory, can you post the initials of the Prof who reached out to you ? Congrats !

Machine learning.

I regret to inform you that we are unable to admit you to the Ph.D. in Machine Learning program at Carnegie Mellon University. We received over 900 applications this year. Unfortunately, we could admit only a fraction of the applicants, even though many more had strong qualifications. You will be notified separately by each program to which you have applied.

Rejected by MLD. But I got an offer from Robotics Program.
