Philosophy Graduate School Admission Results

Offered $12000/year assistantship.

Notified via Email. Full tuition + 14,000 in living stipend. Nominated to apply for additional 10,000 a year fellowship. B.A. in Religious Studies and Philosophy. Two Graduate degrees in Theological Studies. One from a top Divinity School. First school I've heard from, but damn it feels good to get an offer.

Question to theology and religion applicants. I have applied on Dec 4. 2017 before general funding line and still on 'Under review by department.' Has anyone received the interview offer? Or has anyone been on 'under review by Degree committee'?

Is there anyone else still waiting for this programe ?. It´s getting annoying

Hi all. I was accepted in early January, and was lucky enough to get nominated for a university wide fellowship. However, I haven't heard any word on the fellowship since I completed the application process, and its seems as if most of the university wide fellowships were to be decided in mid-march. Has any entering PhD Students nominated for a university fellowship heard back about results? Thanks in advance.

To the "theology person" below, Could I ask when did you apply? and What subject did you apply? I have applied New Testament study at mid Dec 2017, but still "under review by department." I hope they sent out rejection mail.. waiting is so hard.

Hello. I applied in middle December. Its on philosophy of religion. I would appreciate if someone were to advice me on how to proceed if my interviewer ignores me. Do not despair. Your chances have improved since December. You have reasons to be optimistic.

Hi everyone, I received my funding package and found it to be quite low. I got 28K year 1 and 24K year 2-4 and 22K year 5 and I need to pay tuition with that funding. I don't imagine this will be good enough to live in Vancouver. Did anyone get a different funding package? Included recently searched programs, would love to hear from anyone!

GPA is grad. 2a/1w/5r/13

Canadian. MPhil in Philosophical Theology. Received brief email today, with official letter from the university to follow "shortly."

Applied for PhD and asked to be considered for MA as well. Accepted into a stronger PhD program for my interests and will be heading there instead.
