To the poster asking about Chicago below, I have not heard any news back from them. I'm assuming they're putting together MAPSS packages, since nobody has said that they've been offered admission into that yet.

Still don't have a decision on my Master's application.

Rejected from PhD program, given a full tuition scholarship for MAPSS. Will turn down MAPSS for a fully funded PhD program elsewhere. Not surprised about the PhD rejection - I think I was a better fit there for the Social Thought program, but chose to apply for History instead.

Offered MAPSS with scholarship, which I guess is nicer than a flatout rejection. Not taking it, will be accepting a fully funded offer from another PhD program.

I was emailed to check the website. Was offered a partial scholarship and admission to Fall 2017 but will not accept because tuition at other universities without even without a scholarship is cheaper for me. I love the school, and I am excited to have gotten in though.

Deferred from art history phd, received 6K scholarship...glad to be rewarded something here but going to take a better offer elsewhere
