I'm concerned... I was notified that I was accepted with a green check mark a few weeks ago, but today when I checked back, the green check mark went away and it said "under review" again. Has anyone else had this problem?

No I was actually admitted to the program in Downers Grove, IL, which is the main campus for Midwestern University. The drop down on this site just has it listed as "Midwestern University" for the Illinois campus, and then the Arizona program is listed as "Midwestern University - Glendale".
