Public Administration, Cornell University International student. TOEFL 109. No GRE. Opted for specialization in Science, Technology and Infrastructure Policy. No funding offered. 6 years of training in Biology. Currently completing a 3-year MS by Dissertation in Biology from a top IISER in India. 2 years of research assistantship, 1 year of internship experience and 1 semester of teaching assistantship experience during summer. 1 third-author paper on the cover page of a European chemistry journal. Only training in the social sciences came from an introductory curricular course in Economics and Public Policy. Was a huge challenge to have transitioned from Biology to Public Administration with no background at all. Currently hold offers from Maryland, Michigan and Minnesota.
