To the posters below: I did not ask about Phd candidates. I would recommend calling them. And to the person that asked about funding...good question. Two weeks is not very much time to find an RA position. I'm crossing my fingers they will offer funding if I get an admit letter. |

SUT. emailed the graduate student affairs advisor today and asked him about my application status. REJECTED. My advice: Do not apply to UCB unless you have a faculty member to support your application. UCB has technically no admissions committee and I have heard this from several students studying there. |
