Ignore waitlist. Is anyone's status still "in review"? Or they have finished the process?

Ignore Waitlist. Has anyone heard from Columbia CMT or CME?

From Austrian uni bachelors, not EU nationality, German scale average is 1.6. Had to take a lot of additional courses to meet the requirements for the program.

CMT; Ruzsinszky. One year research experience. One to-be-submitted paper at the time of application. Was interviewed mid-February. Already accepted another offer. Have let them know that I won't be going.

Ignore Waitlist. Northwestern is not responding. Any idea when will they declare results? Or should I consider rejection at this point of time.

Ignore waitlist. Why UCLA is not releasing results? Any idea when UCLA is going to release the results? Should I consider this as rejection?

Interested in CMT, if anyone is not interested in their OSU offer, please reject as soon as possible.

If you have better offers, please decline the offer from OSU. I received a mail saying I have been put on the waitlist ( My subfield is condensed matter theory)

Ignore waitlisted; Does anyone knows if Penn has sent out all the rejections? I have'nt recieved anything so far. Anyone in the same situation. Btw I applied to hep-th.

CMX, interviewed in early February

Ignore waitlist. Are there any updates on when Columbia will release admissions results?

Called for an interview and thesis presentation. Results will be informed before the end of March. The fact of the matter is wherever I have applied in Europe, I am atleast getting interview calls and ranked top 3 for any position but for US universities I am getting rejections from much lower ranked universities compared to the European ones. Very very depressing considering I have Master's degree in Theoretical Particle Physics and experience in 4 research projects in Particle Physics. Except a publication which I will soon have I tick all the boxes to have a very strong CV. I am finding very difficult to understand what the US universities want this year.

Hep-th/HEP-Ph. Called for interview and thesis presentation last week, after that had a 30 mins zoom meeting with prospective supervisor. Results will be informed in this or next week. There were only 3 international students called for the interview (Non Resident UK Citizens).
