Form email, no mention of funding or TA/RA at this time. Anticipating a TA-ship though. 3 American undergrad degrees, AA Math & Science (honors), AA Teacher Education Preparation (honors), BA Linguistics, Education Minor (honors), TA experience for elementary school, Research experience for Professor during BA, Co-Author published paper with Professor during BA, published in "Prized Writing" during BA..... still in shock and very nervous. I originally applied for Fall 2016. I was told that I could take two grad classes at SIS as a non-degree and could reapply for Spring 2017. I submitted my mid-term grades in my two grad classes (currently a 4.0). Got the e-mail to check my portal this morning!

MA from US & Korea (international student) POI sent me an email asking for a skype chat, was informed that I'd probably be contacted by another professor for another chat. He said they were aiming to get final decisions out by mid Feb.

Partial funding details and admission from yhe department. Official letter from Graduate School to follow. (Had 2 faculty interviews)

Accepted via email today. Had two phone calls with faculty on 1/23/17 and another on 1/31/17.

Applied Jan 15, awaiting decision

Canadian applicant from small Canadian university. Offer of two year TA-ship, two year Master's fellowship and $2,000 entrance scholarship- total offer just under $31,000 CAD over 2 years. Letter was very friendly and assigned thesis supervisor looks great. Considering, but waiting for results from other universities first.

Submitted before the Oct 1 deadline - received notification within a week of submission, including funding.

Agriculture related BSc from Germany, two years of relevant work experience at a governmental agency and several internships. Waiting for my results from LSE before a decision but I'm very happy since SOAS is a great school!

Had a phone interview with poi. Said it is possible another interview may be requested before admissions decisions at the end of January.

Application completed January 2nd, 2018.

Received email and phone call. Acceptance with funding. 5 total admits into rhetoric track.
