TPB: I received an email yesterday afternoon (6PM Central Time) from the coordinator, with the waitlist letter including info about funding if offered.

Admission to DPhil.

Also hit with the "Scholarship below that of admitted applicants". I used to think that I wanted to know why I didn't get in, but turns out ignorance is bliss. Didn't need the knife turned lol

Rejected after interview. PI was only accepting 1 student. Congrats to those accepted!

Not WL: to the posts below on being waitlisted for the econ PhD, how did you hear? I'm in OB and haven't heard anything from the school so I emailed the PhD admissions and they said my app is "under faculty review" but nothing else.

Second time applicant (did not receive funding last year). Completed Oxford MSt with Distinction.

Ignore waitlist, but does anyone know when official rejections will be coming out?

TTPB: I had an email conversation with the department some 10-12 days ago. They said then they would send out decisions in a week or so. Should be out any day now.
