To the Towson poster below: I was notified via email of my acceptance near the end of March.

Has anyone accepted their offers of admission yet?

Not accepted offer yet. Of anyone who has, has anyone made a Facebook group yet?

If you were accepted into the City program, would you mind sharing the date by which they requested you accept or decline the offer? Many thanks. Getting very confusing info from the admissions dept and am anxiously on the waitlist.

Has anyone heard back from the school? I have not head anything back yet.

Accepted from the wait list. I accepted the offer!

Got a call about a phone interview for next week. Seems like they're gonna have those for the next 2 weeks.

Got a call from my POI! Was tier 2 waitlist and wasn't expecting to get in. I will be accepting within the next couple of days.

Was waitlisted until today. Received a call asking if I was still interested and then an offer of acceptance via email shortly after! Very, very excited!!

To the poster below - yes, I still have not heard anything. I find it extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to not be notified as of yesterday.

To the posters below. I haven't heard either. I called admissions and they said it could be another two weeks until I hear about a decision. Not happy or impressed with their process!

I received my notification by email. I wasn't surprised because the 15th came and went and I didn't hear anything. I am extremely unimpressed by the admission process at LIU. Very poor email response, and after my interview in February, I received absolutely no follow up on whether or not I was waitlisted. I essentially heard nothing for over 2 months. I really hope they improve the way they handle applications in the upcoming years because in my opinion, this reflects very poorly on the school. Although I am sad to have not gotten in, after seeing the way they handle their applications and the very little communication they provide applicants, I am no longer "wowed" by LIU.

100% agreed about being unimpressed about the admissions process. (1) typo in my email; (2) it was past the April 15th deadline; (3) I remember I waited for over 1.5 hr for my interview to take place; (4) no feedback on my application which other programs which were all more top tier than LIU provided; (5) honestly was not that impressed with their student body. I will not be applying again.
