Graduate School Admission Results

I mailed Barry 2 times. The first time he sent me a generic email stating that the result will come out within few days. After some days I mailed again, and this time he stated that I am being rejected. I am talking about the most awaited DICE track's decision. ALL THE BEST TO THE REST OF YOU GUYS. My journey ends here.

Status is still 'under review', so I emailed the admissions office asking about the status of my application and they told me I'm on the waitlist. So ridiculous lol

Notified that Autumn 2021 entering class has finally been solidified and that no spots will be opening up going forward.

I'm just happy LOL

apply for the direct PhD with the bachelor's degree, but the prof. recommend to change to MSc in the first year. No official offer until now, and I plan to ask about the progress.

Admission status changed to "Unsuccessful" after a little more than 4 months of waiting. No notifs for interview made.

got an email informing me of this offer without any interview. this is a very good school with a high academic reputation, unfortunately, I have accepted another offer in spring 2021. So, I declined this offer.

Applied March 30th. Interview early May. PAO June 2nd.

Was rejected after being waitlisted. No info given on my status/etc was provided during the period of being waitlisted.

The letter advised that Valdosta's admissions committee had "thoroughly reviewed" my application materials, but that it was unable to offer me admission to pursue my MLIS degree. When I initiated follow-up, I was told that demand is increasingly competitive for Valdosta's MLIS and that "When we must choose from among a number of equally qualified applicants, we place priority on in-state applications because we are a public, state-funded university and state tax revenues provide a significant portion of our university budget. In competitive admissions scenarios, Georgia residents must take priority when all other aspects of an application are comparable."

Received an email in response to an inquiry about "Decision made" status in portal. The email was not an official notification, which arrived in the mail approximately two weeks later. Author of the email cited a "large number of highly competitive applications," and a policy of prioritizing on "in-state applications" in "competitive admissions scenarios."

Accepted off second chance! Will likely accept

SLPA experience along with Masters in ABA. For September 21 cohort!

Decision was delivered as a reply to my email requesting information.
