Not expecting much as I had interviewed last year too but I couldn't get in because I couldn't find a PI.

Have an unofficial interview by one of the PIs at La Jolla last August, The PIs told me that he wasn't sure he will have funding this year to take me. Maybe that is the reason. * This school didn't have rotation, encourage to contact the interests PIs.

Same here... I was able to schedule with two professors. I did get a confirmation email from one of the professors, which was quite nice.

To PGSP-Stanford poster below, did your email say you were on a short list of applicants under high consideration? Received the same one and wasn't sure if this was a waitlist or just an admissions status update - very ambiguous! My top choice, too...fingers crossed for us both!

Waitlisted via email. Same email I have seen sent in previous years stating there is a "very short waitlist... unable to tell you your specific placement on the list as it is not really linear." Congratulations to those accepted. If you are not attending, please decline as soon as possible as this is my top choice. Thank you!

10k fellowship + 4k assistantship, was not expecting admittance because of low gre scores but would have liked higher fellowship. 3+ years of work experience
