“Dear applicant, The Department Admissions Committee cannot make a final decision on your application at this time. The committee may conduct another round of evaluations around mid-April. You should be able to either hear from us or see our decision through the system by the end of April. Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout the admissions process.” Wondering if anyone else got this email??

Received a generic "dear applicant" e-mail letting me know that I have a virtual interview for next week (early April). I have received no other communication from this program after applying before this. At this point, I will likely be declining the interview, as I have heard back from all other programs and have other offers. The very late timing of this interview and lack of overall communication doesn't seem to speak well to the organization of the program.

Current undergraduate at TXST university.

Just wondering if anyone got any funding (traineeship or scholarship)?

Overall GPA 3.8, club leadership & volunteer experience

Received an e-mail and then a notification of a decision in the portal. Was notified that no GA/TS positions are available. Did anyone receive funding with their award, or was this message the standard? Was hoping to attend this program, but will likely be declining the offer without a GA position, as I am an out-of-state student.

Didn't prep for GRE at all & was worried scores wouldn't be good enough, 3 strong rec letters, two labs and on campus leadership, travel, great relationship with ASL prof, know ppl in DHSS, passionate personal statement

Super excited for the acceptance, but will be attending another program! Hope this helps someone on the waitlist!
