I received the NSERC PGS-D on April 17, 2025. Where I received 120 000 over the next 36 months of my doctoral program.

No information on funding yet. No response from professors emailed also.

Professor interviewed me twice to test my research and technical abilities. After a week, I received the acceptance call.

It's July, I knew it was a no, but figured if they had anyone else still sitting in the aether. Notification was weird, mainly three lines that were very focused on letting me know a 3.0 GPA was required.

When I asked about other things, they emailed me the results a week in advance.

Late interview on 6Apr, but got acceptance right after the interview.

Applied way back on November 26, 2024. IELTS- 8.5, 1 international conference as first author.

What is the craziest part about this freaking late update is not only its late, but there has been no update and response in the past 8 months (emailed them to enquire but I guess no one care so no one response). It's July already! This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a student who truly likes this program so applied it. Definitely disappointed but feel ridiculous more now.
