University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Electrical And Computer Engineering Graduate School Admission Results

I'm the one that posted below. Full funding (at least $19,300 per the email), tuition waiver, health insurance, and TAship.

3.5 overall GPA, 3.75 Spanish Major GPA 5 research assistant positions, Summer program with Northwestern University (SROP), 2 internships, 1 language assistantship, president of 2 clubs, volunteer TA at a CC, volunteered with the United Nations program, volunteered with a non profit, McNair Scholar, one scholarship for 6k-one for 500, deans and president list since 2nd year.

No GRE. 3 strong LORs. Currently attending a top 20 university. Double majoring in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. 2 summer research experiences in Chemistry, and a design competition for Chemical Engineering (8 mo total full-time research experience). 1 poster presentation, 1 peer-reviewed conference proceedings first author. Lots of scholarships and honors.

3.5 years research, no pubs! LORs and research fit are probably what got me through

Didn't take the GRE. Math and Chem major with a physics minor. 3.5 years of research. 3 symposia presentations and won several departmental honors

Applied for PhD but accepted for non thesis masters (without fund)

TTPB: Have you tried to email another POI? So far I've emailed three POIs one time with another but I am still waiting for a conclusion... I am pretty anxious now cuz I rejected all other offers just for my dream school UIUC.

TTPB regarding UIUC. I am also waiting for professors to get funds, but not sure if it is worth it. This is the only place I got accepted. POI is not responding even after multiple emails. Not sure what's gonna happen.
