After a week long run-around from GT, finally went by in person and found out to contact James Spencer...and was rejected.

Open House is in two days and still have heard nothing from GA Tech... ridiculous and inconsiderate.

Georgia Tech: WHAT A JOKE. These people think that graduate applicants don\'t have anything better to do than waiting for a freaking decision letter. We are two days away from the open house and haven\'t received any message explaining the considerable delay. The school should be ashamed for its incompetence. .

It could be that your country is overrepresented. Remember getting into university is not just about qualifications. There are so many factors they consider. They try to make their student population as diverse as possible

About the diversity thing that our friend just mentioned right now, the point is you can find nobody from my country in that program of GA Tech (Geosystems) and the question was exactly about that. It is expected from such programs to be diverse as possible, but the fact is something else.

Previously accepted, but recieved an RA offer for the geosystems group (tuition + Stipend).

What's going on with GATech? They are taking forever to submit the decision letters. Not Cool.

The letter says there will be another mail incluiding RA, TA, or scholarship sent by department. The letter was sent two weeks ago.
