Architecture, University Of Toronto Still waiting. Received an online rejection letter on March 26th but then was notified that it was an "administrative error" and application status reverted back to "Under Review". Not sure what to think. Canadian educated w/ strong references (I think! lol) from quite distinguished people, international work experience, confirmed faculty interest... let's just blame the delay on the pandemic ;-)

Computer Science, University Of Toronto My area is ML/NLP and everyone knows that the UoT CS program is super competitive. But what is bothering me is the fact that a new faculty encouraged me to apply, even contacted the department to allow me for the late submission. Promised me for an interview in January. Never did the interview, nor replies back. She could have given me some task or assignment and then reject me. Waste of time, energy, money. I could have contacted other faculties. Applied twice to UofT, once in 2017, and once now. The fun fact is that I work in a company where I recently interviewed two MSc. from UofT CS, eager to get a job. Congrats to people who got in.

Social Work, University Of Toronto 2nd time applying was waitlisted last year. 3000+ hours of experience, mix of volunteer and paid, mostly focussed around youth mental health with some additional experience working with homeless youth. Mid 80 average.

Social Work, University Of Toronto Canadian student. The Program director personally called to let me know that I was offered admission but as offices are closed due to Covid-19, letter of admission and other documents will take time to proceed. Similarly, the online notifications etc. I was getting impatient as had an interview 3 weeks ago with the admissions committee over skype. At last, some good news arrived!

Social Work, University Of Toronto Has anyone who faced interview or were waitlisted on March 4th/5th, received acceptance or rejection yet? If possible, please post a forum (if you are a registered member) and let me know. This wait is now turning into frustration!

Science In Plannng, University Of Toronto Canadian Citizen. 3.6/4.33 CPGA. 4.0/4.33 GPA final year. No previous urban planning experience besides an urban planning studio course abroad. 1 year of RA work. 4 years of MUN. 3 references. Offered me 5.5k funding.
