Hope this isn't an April fool's joke!

3rd acceptance so far (other two being CSULA and CSULB). Yahoo!

To the San Jose State poster, the University of South Carolina sent me an email, too, that said decisions must be mailed in before the 31. However, there is a rule that anybody participating in CSDCAS cannot require us to respond until the 15 of April. I emailed the department chair to confim, and she said this is correct.

I emailed Nikole Abrego last week asking when we would hear back about admissions this year, and explained I have another offer from a school that wants a $1000 deposit by March 31st (University of South Carolina). She said they are hoping to get decisions out in early April, no exceptions :/

First acceptance! So excited! Sent email to Grad Coordinator to check on status and Grad Committee literally just submitted the decision. 1a/2r with 3 pending.

Letter was sent on the 24th of March, got it today. So excited!

Still pending at the dept. I'll update when I hear a final

Poster below: I haven't heard anything either but it looks like last year they didn't give out responses until April and scattered throughout April and even into May! (ugh). I saw ONE person posted they were accepted to SJSU sometime last week and they said they went there for undergrad. so far that's the only person though, which seems odd to me. gotta keep holding on! good luck to you!

I still haven't heard anything.. Beginning to think it's a bad sign. Is anyone else still waiting? Has anyone been wait listed or rejected? Thanks everyone!

Official offers will be made next week; I had been in correspondence with the Program Director, so he replied to an email giving me the head's up. Still waiting on the funding situation.

To the poster below asking about SJSU and our stats. I have a 3.9 in the major, 3.8 overall. I am in NSSLHA, have therapy hours, very involved in the field. You didn't need to submit GRE scores so I won't disclose that (because they are mediocre anyways). I am currently in the communicate disorders and sciences department at SJSU and live in San Jose. The department only accepted around 30 students, and half or more are internal applicants like me. I'm not even positive if they have sent out all the letters yet. But I do know my letter was sent Tuesday.. SJSU is a really great program. Amazing instructors and good placements. Best of luck!

Currently in SJSU's undergrad CD&S program.

Got a congratulatory phone call and email from Director Goldman. Admission is for 2 year health/mental health program. Hurray!
