- To the San Jose State poster, the University of South Carolina sent me an email, too, that said decisions must be mailed in before the 31. However, there is a rule that anybody participating in CSDCAS cannot require us to respond until the 15 of April. I emailed the department chair to confim, and she said this is correct.
