Speech Language Pathology, El Paso Honestly though. This doesn't even give us all enough time to ask follow-up questions. If they took this long to send letters, I do not imagine them being quick in responding to all of our questions. Ugh. so many bad signs from them. First, one of the professors was very harsh with me over email saying "Only good students do well In grad school so I do not want your supervisor's letters." Then, they lost multiple emails during the interview process. Come on, UTEP...I had such high hopes but this is giving me a hunch that it is not meant to be.

Speech Language Pathology, University Of Texas El Paso So I heard some staff at UTEP contracted corona so that may be delaying things but why dont they just reach out and tell us and give us some updates? You would think they would try and keep us updated. I'm honestly frustrated about the lack of communication. I'm about to pay my deposit for my other choice

Speech Language Pathology, University Of Texas At El Paso Interviewed Fri 3/13 – was asked about disorder I'm interested in and use of EBP and what my core values are/where they originate from. They said they're going to try to get back to me as soon as possible. Mentioned typical cohort size around 20, currently at 22, and willing to go up to around 27-28.

Speech Language Pathology, University Of Texas At El Paso I did my interview yesterday and they asked me 4 questions, one being personal values, what communication disorder I would like to work with and how to use EBP with it, why UTEP, and with the current situation, what I am doing during this time of self-quarantine. I also asked 3 questions to the interviewers. Crossing my fingers I get in!
