Graduate School Admission Results

TPB, from what we know so far from Gradcafe, Tulane has already sent funded offers to 2 applicants in early March. Assuming, some applicants don't update their status on Gradcafe, I think around 7-8 offers would have been made by Tulane by now. Now, unless we become over-optimistic and think they have yet to send more offers other than the 2 which they have already made, I don't think there is any reason to be really hopeful. There can be another scenario at play here, i.e, applicants reject their offers from Tulane. In which case, there will be another round of admissions. Given, April 15 is just 6 days away, it seems unlikely that the second round of admissions is going to happen any time before that date. So you can wait till 14th April, and try contacting them in the meantime; if you do not hear from Tulane by then, accept the offer that you currently have. Best of Luck! P.S. Was formally invited to interview. On-campus interviews being held Feb 8th and 9th.

TPB: I saw one acceptance post on gc and the guy was like they have probably sent them all out :( At this point of the season I've given up

I still haven't heard. Is there anybody else who hasn't heard back yet? This seems messed up at this point.

Email from a prof. Considering that they provide partial or full funding for all of their MA students, it's fair.

Accepted by Fall 2018 program. (Why the decision came so early?)

I haven't emailed Dr. John Edwards, the other Tulane poster might have. Too afraid to bother him. Just called the main economics office several times to inquire. Did you receive an offer?

Has anyone heard back from Tulane? They said they've made initial offers and my application is still under review in late Feb. It has been half a month and I am wondering if they are sending out the rest of offers.
