Philosophy, New School I just declined admission the the MA program in philosophy (I had been offered a 50% scholarship.) Actually, I tried to do this several weeks ago, but somehow have had trouble getting the message across. At any rate, according to the director of admissions this will make someone on the waitlist happy. Good luck all!

Philosophy, The New School For Social Research When I called, people told me I was most likely in, and then, I got an email from the Director of Admissions himself with a letter addressed to someone else. I had to call and make sure I was rejected since all the confusion of this place has caused me. Apparently, they confused my application with another applicant. Damn. I wanted to work at the Husserl Archives!!

Philosophy, University Of Nebraska, Lincoln I was accepted without funding originally (sad face)...then today I was offered funding (happy face)...awesome, thanks to who ever declined...because of this, I will decline Utah (no funding) and wait list positions at Arizona State, U. of Oklahoma, U of Illinois -Urbana, and Saint Louis U....I hope this helps someone!
