English, University Of Florida To the Oxford poster below - I apologise if I sounded arrogant - it isn't part of my nature. It's just that I'm disappointed. Obviously you figured you could get into post-grad studies at Oxford (or else you most likely would not have applied), and I'm delighted for you and wish you well, for I have enjoyed my time at Oxford and assume you will enjoy yours. English (Literature), University Of California, Berkeley (UCB) Already knew that I was going to be rejected given that I had not received a phone-call or e-mail from Berkeley. Have noticed so far that American universities don't tend to want Oxford graduates...a pity, Berekely seemed nice. The rejection letter's highlight is its "strict enrollment ceiling", a ceiling I seemingly created a mess upon.

Philosophy, BPhil, Oxford University Received an unofficial e-mail from the graduate studies officer saying that I have been admitted to the program and the official acceptance letter will be sent out soon. Also, full or partial scholarship desicions will be made shortly.
