Aerospace Engineering, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) Hey guys How come Aero/Astro at MIT release their decision so early? Came across a post which said a acceptance to Aero program at MIT. Can some one guide me if its a legit news that they are releasing decisions so early this year? Anyone?

Astronomy, University Of Toronto TTPB: I wasn't on a waitlist; that was the first I had heard from them at all! Overall GPA: 3.9 (~3.72 physics); GRE: 166 verbal/164 math/5.5 writing. I have 3.5 years of astro research (1 submitted pub and 2 in progress), an REU in biophysics, and computational science experience which seems to help. I hope that's what you meant by profile?

Physics And Astronomy, University Of Oklahoma I just submitted to Oklahoma for the astro concentration because I am terrified of rejection and I sure have been getting a lot of it and I saw that they do rolling admission. Does anybody who has interviewed or gotten accepted know if they still have spaces left?

Physics, University Of California, Davis I just received an official email that I had been accepted with a fellowship. I had listed condensed matter theory as my main interest but made it clear I was flexible. My pgre score was horrendous, 34%, and my general were not much better, q:162, v:159, AW:4.5 but I am a double major math/physics with a 4.0 and a previous degree in computer science. I also did an Astro REU with a top program and have very solid LOR. 99.9% sure I will accept this offer as this was close to my top choice.
