My last remaining school. 0/6 this season. Don't know what I'm going to do with my life now.

still havent heard anything :( hoping everyone is handling the anxiety well

I was just trying to be sarcastic but maybe it seemed serious, so I apologize for increasing your anxiety. I don't actually think that anyone's applications are that bad, although it is a reality that sometimes universities just do not get back to you (Stanford is good about replying to applications though.) This is my second year applying, so anyone who doesn't get into grad school your first time, just know that you aren't alone and to just work harder for next year. So many of the best and most intelligent applicants don't get into the top schools because of how competitive it is. Good luck.

Have you not heard? The physics god that applied only to Stanford had such good recs from such famous recommenders that Stanford just offered him dept chair straight away

Does anyone know anything about the results? Really anxious.

Same guy as Caltech down to UPenn admit. 3 years research, no publications. Upperclassman GPA was a bit higher than overall.

still surprised how this happened!!! though have already got offers from Chicago and Berkeley

Can't believe I made it! My dream school, planning to work on topological condensed matter.

7 out of 7. Veritas, Vetnov Testam En Tvm, et cetera, et cetera. Awaiting financial competitive courting.
