  • TTPB: I received the same message "highly unlikely" to admit -- it indeed sounds like a waitlist, but is it actually? I'm not getting my hopes up, but would definitely like to remain on the waitlist. Does anyone know if it is indeed a waitlist?

  • Received not one but two simultaneous rejection emails from different people. Also: "I regret to inform you that you have been placed on our denial list. The Graduate Division will be sending along an official letter to this effect in the coming weeks." so I guess two rejections isn't enough xD

  • Email says that will send a formal letter of rejection or acceptance by April latest. It sounds like they sent out all acceptances already though. My GRE scores are pretty bad/average, but I have loads of research experience, a few publications, plus I'm sure it helps that I have my BS from UCSC.
