Chemical Engineering, University Of Waterloo I received an Email on 29 Mar whether I want to be considered for the Meng program or not. Bc I didn't secure a supervisor, they couldn't offer me admission for MSc. Updated the portal status on April 10th >> Deny.

Electrical And Computer Engineering, Penn State University I can't believe it has been over 4 months. What is the point of having an early deadline if you can't even send your rejection letters out within 4 months? Anyhoo doesn't matter because I got into my preferred program.

Electrical And Computer Engineering, Texas A&M University - College Station (TAMU) Had an interview in February, did not like the content of the professor's research so politely declined. Had another one in March, but again it was in an adjacent field, so did not do well in the interview and had to express the same. Had a final one on the 8th of April where both field and specific research area met my interests, and am now waiting to hear back.

Computer Science, Arizona State University Reconsidered for Software Engineering at the polytechnic campus, which is terrible. Nobody should consider it. You'll miss out on entire college experience if you go to the polytechnic campus.

Materials Science And Engineering, University Of California, San Diego I already have a master's and applied for a Ph.D. here. I won't be able to fund a master's in the US. Is anyone aware of any scholarships or funding programs, as I eventually wish to do a Ph.D. only, which I guess can be converted later?

Electrical And Computer Engineering, Ohio State University No Interview, No GRE, B.S. Got a mail that my BuckeyeMail account has been created. After it, I discovered my application status had shifted to 'Decision' on the portal. Following this, upon reaching out to the department, I received notification of my acceptance into the Ph.D. program. However, I have to find an advisor who gives me a GRA position.
