  • Applied for PhD. Ended up getting admit for MS non-thesis Mechanical Engineering. Will turn it down. Approximate cost 61,500 usd for 9 months. No funding notification as of yet.

  • To the post below about Virginia Tech. Are you a direct entrant? Or applied with a Master's. I was advised a direct Ph.D. is generally not awarded to Internationals. Also please post which is your concentration if you can.
