No news from PSE? So annoying that they changed the release date from last week to this week and still no news. I have other deadlines tomorrow

No GRE, generic rejection mail; master GPA 3.9/4, 1 peer-reviewed publication (IF: 4.320).

This refers to the MRES/PHD in Economics and Management. I just wanted to post this for future applicants in the next cycle to have a clear picture of the time frame of the decisions on this new program. I put it as my first choice (not regular Econ, and they liked it). I was invited to an interview on the 28th of Jan, which occurred on the 7th of Feb. I was initially told they were going to make their decisions very shortly but then I got an email saying even though I was a strong candidate they received a new batch of applications that they were reviewing (people rejected in Econ). Finally, on the 12th of March, I was rejected. I got a great waitlist at a top 10 school recently so I am happy but this was quite painful. Tips for the interview...they will press you on your research proposal and they will also ask if you would be ready to accept the offer quickly. I didn't say yes seeing as the application cycle had just begun but that might have hurt my chances.

My first acceptance! Better late than never right? I'm so happy:)

I just got my offer from MSU today, off the waitlist. Now I have to pick between the two. Any advice? I'm interested in econ of ed, and ultimately want to be a tenure-track prof. Might be a big fish v, little fish question. I'm also from Michigan, my family would be so happy...

Ignore interview. Had anyone got admission or rejection from TAMU? Still havent heard back from them.
