received rejections from 4 out of the 5 schools I applied to do and now i wanna kms :( don't know how to deal with this anymore

Feeling like mentally chased down at this moment. If you hold multiple offers please leave one or two best ones and decline. (Well I am not sure whether that will help given that today is the last working day before 15th).

Hi, if you currently still hold many offers and insist on waiting until the last moment to make a decision, then I wish you never get into your dream school.

I kindly ask accepted candidates to please decide as soon as possible your future university. I am on three waiting lists: ND, Pittsburgh, and Massachusetts. They are my only options. Thanks

Unbelievably stressful cycle. I mean, if the schools want to just cut the throat why not do it ahead instead of waiting until like just a day before their proposed deadline? It's horrible.

If you're still holding multiple offers, you are a terrible person

If you are not going to attend Rutgers, CU Boulder or Texas A&M, I would appreciate it very much if you could please decline your offers. All I have gotten are waitlists and my anxiety is through the roof.

REJECT strictly dominated offers. If you're deciding between two places, keep those offers only and reject admissions and waitlists elsewhere.

To all applicants. Unis are having a difficult time taking people from the waitlist because they receive too few responses from the admitted students. The DGS I contacted said almost nobody got back with a solid response when I contacted her in mid-March. To quote from another post -- "I understand that the people holding onto their offers are waiting to hear back but this in turn is holding back the entire admissions process by giving less time for second-round offers and hurting other waitlisted applicants. We are at a stalemate. The only resolution is to drop the schools you KNOW you would not attend. Weigh your odds with your reach schools but try to decline some if you can. This will finally start moving the waitlist and in turn, you WILL hear back from your waitlisted schools. It's either we all cooperate and hear some good news or we don't and nobody gets into any of their waitlisted schools."

To give some examples, Ohio has said that only a third of their admitted/waitlisted students have responded while my alma mater's waitlist has not budged since February. A lot of employees are striking and it looks like the situation is not good there, I wonder when we get any updates from this Uni.

PLEASE, once your decision is done, DECLINE other offers. There's a lot of people in WAITLIST! This is a kind gesture for a better world!

To all offer holders: may I beg you NOT to hold decisions until the very last minute? It's not that hard to choose after all... My mental health is on the verge of collapse
