Recent Graduate Admission Results March 2010
European History, Boston University For all those that noticed the decision on 3/2. The department sends e-mail notices to applicants who were recommended for admission; those not accepted receive letters from the Graduate School somewhat later. No recommendation at the departmental level is official until the Graduate School has sent out its notice.

Computer Science, University Of California, Irvine (UCI) notification of visit day - 3/19. to person who asked, i don't have a masters. they are on rolling admission basis. i'm waiting for financials from other schools, so once that comes in, my spot may open for someone else... good luck all!

History, University Of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) I received an email from my potential advisor several weeks ago stating that I missed the final cut. They are taking less than 10 applicants from a pool of almost 150. I got into better programs though with awesome funding packages, so I am not upset at all. Still waiting on a couple programs though to make my final choices.

English, University of Texas, Austin (UT Austin) UT is my number one choice, far and away. If you are looking to go to another program, or another path, please think of me and turn down your admission soon! Congratulations to all that were accepted here.

Chemical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT) Goldwater, Astronaut, 1 publication (cover article), another submitted article for publication all first author, Rank 1 in undergrad, 6 years research experience (BS/MS), excellent references...not sure what they are expecting.... :(

Art Therapy, NYU Steinhardt Just thought I'd let myself know the goings-on of the Art Therapy application scene via the results board, since scanning the forums has led me to believe there are no other Art Therapy applicants on this site thus making this information useless to you all. Go me!

Mechanical Engineering, University Of California, Berkeley (UCB) Admitted to the MS/PhD program,,, Ohh my god I cannot decide between Uof Michigan and Berkeley,,,Admitted by Purdue also but now it is out of my calculations... Any suggestions...!!?? still waiting for GaTech, U of Washington at Seattle, and Cornell however there are all no more important wish you all guys the best of luck,,,
