EE (Electrical Engineering), Stanford University To the "A" below. I'm also very disappointed that I'm rejected. I applied to Master and they reject me. However, I 've seen people with much less competitive profile who applied for PHD and he got into Master only. Do you applied to master or PHD? Do you consider u will have a better shoot by applying to PHD because they might have use all the quotes for rejecting PHD applicants and giving them Master?

Political Science, University Of Minnesota, Twin Cities The only rejection I'm a little surprised about--great fit and a LOR who works closely with several faculty there. Then again, I've been pleasantly surprised by my acceptances, so it's all working out the way it will ...

History, University Of Michigan, Ann Arbor Called and left a message inquiring about decisions this morning. Received an email an hour later. On the bright side I won't have to avoid the roving packs drunken UMich undergrads with "hate crime waiting to happen" written all over them. I got offered way more money than UMich offers from a comparable program in a city where my partner can actually get a job, softens the blow.

Mathematics, Kansas State University it's so funny, all the uni give this excuse for their rejections : "At this time, decisions have been made and graduates selected. Fall 2010 has been filled. We were able to select a few due to budget allowance." is there any person who admitted for this program? thanks

Civil And Environmental Engineering (Environmental), University Of Illinois, Urbana Champaign (UIUC) The email I got ended with "Suggested course sequences for completing the MS in 11 months can be found at, http://cee.illinois.edu/programs/Grad/professionalMS". You all got something like that too?
