Computer Science, University Of Waterloo We have finalized many decisions this week and last week. You should receive your official letter soon; we regret to inform you that your application our program was not successful. We reviewed your application very carefully and note several strong features. However, every year we receive a large number of applications from well qualified candidates and we are able to accept only a few because of the significant amount of time and resources faculty members commit to each graduate student. Thank you for your interest in our program and we wish you all the best in your future.

Biomedical Engineering, Purdue University They have quite a high opinion of themselves..."we are a very selective program." Boston University and Northwestern are both more highly regarded in BME and were far more gracious in their rejections. I would advise future students NOT to apply to this program as all my communication and contact with them has been HIGHLY unsatisfactory.

Economics, City University Of New York (CUNY) To the CUNY Econ poster below: How did you hear about your rejection? Did you email the department, or did you call or got a letter?I haven't heard yet and very worried now. I hope they still have offers to make. Anyone yet to receive a response from CUNY Economics please share your experience. This is probably the only Econ PhD program in the USA yet to inform all its applicants. Its getting very frustrating

Economics, New York University (NYU) NYU showed me no respect too. I don't even receive their decision today. Even it is a ma program, results should have been available. Hate it. I didn't expect to be admitted at the first place but at least NYU should send a letter of rejection. After all, I didn't pay the application fee for NO NEWS AT ALL!!! BS...

Computer Science, Georgia Institute Of Technology I wonder what the current pecking order is? I am still "no decision", do I still have a chance at an offer or am I behind all of those on the "waiting list"? I have full funding with my second choice so the suspense is not that painful.
