UM was more like crap shot than an actual option. I've got two UC acceptances so I'm good.

English, Rutgers - New Brunswick denied. Chance took me to Grad cafe today and then to the website to check after seeing all the results. No email notification. (My GREs weren't great so I'm not too surprised.)

Standard rejection letter (though they are sure that I'll be admitted somewhere and want to congratulate me on that). Sort of saw this coming, what with not being invited to interview and all. Materials Science & Engineering (MSE), Northwestern University I had posted earlier asking about the interview. Well it didn't turn out to be an interview after all. Talked for a few mins after which I was told I had been accepted :) Official email still to follow
