Political Science, University Of Pennsylvania Emailed admissions coordinator for application status, was told that I'm waitlisted. If anyone has been accepted to UPenn PoliSci and doesn't plan to go there, please let them know as soon as you can :)

Political Science, University Of Pennsylvania applied to 5 top poli sci phd programs this year, all rejected. International student, field: political communication, without poli sci degrees. Poli sci phd programs are so competitive and it seems that they don't welcome students from outside majors, compared with so called "tech" phd programs like hci, information, and cs, these programs seem more friendly. However, got a MA offer from Chicago MAPSS - poli sci. It's an encouragement.
