Today we are writing to inform you that our PhD admissions decisions have been made and the applicants we have selected for admission to the PhD program have been notified. Admission to our program is very competitive, and we received many good applications; unfortunately, we have to limit the number of students we admit. At this time, we do not anticipate extending further offers of admission to the CS PhD graduate program for Fall 2021. If for any reason that changes, we will contact you. If you applied for "PhD or Masters" then you will hear from us again around the end of March / beginning of April regarding your Masters application. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors and thank you for considering our PhD program." Does it mean I have been rejected?

Why the heck they are taking sooooo long? Grad admissions are just fun for departments and annual circus for profs. I give up!!!!!

TTBP: CMU LTI results should be out this week. If not I would like to reject the college from my side.

Interview with secondary/tertiary POI - unofficial admit. Contact by second POI for interview, but received admit notification before meeting.

TTPB: Same here. Still waiting. Considering the amount of acceptances here, I think it is safe to say that rejection is coming up in March if you have not heard from them yet.
