Computer Science, University of Massachusetts Amherst My status changed to "update pending" but I didn't get any email regarding this.. I am worried sick now. Is there a pattern where people who didn't get an email regarding status change were handed out a reject later? Put me out of my misery please..

Speech Language Pathology/ Communication Science And Disorders, University of Massachusetts Amherst Just got an email from UMASS saying I'm not denied from the program... but also not accepted! So, essentially, I'm waitlisted until the first round of offers accept or deny UMASS. I guess it's not bad... but also not good! I wish they told me if I was high on this "list" or not haha. But I'm very thankful they sent out an update email!!!

Computer Science, University of Massachusetts Amherst Received a generic email to check status. Received a nice offer, along with full coverage of tuition and an RA-ship. Previous experience working in labs, two publications in different disciplines.

Computer Science, University of Massachusetts Amherst hmm. I've been constantly checking SPIRE for the past few days. The status of my application changed to 'Update Pending' on 28th, and I think it just changed once again to 'Accepted' around midnight. But there's no hyperlink to decision letter or anything. I'm a bit puzzled about how the whole SPIRE system works lol
